Sun Pictures, a division of Sun Network Pvt Limited, which produced the just released "Endhiran", decides to pay rajini his remuneration after the massive success of the movie. Hansraj Saxena, COOseems to have said this to a media.In the audio launch function of the movie which was held in malaysia in the month of july, Kalanidhi maran, the producer of the movie made a startling revelation that rajini did not get even a single penny as salary and he would not do so until the release of the film.
Now with the release of the film, which turned out to be a massive hit, sun pictures would not find it difficult to pay the second highest paid actor in asia region after jackie chan.
It is worth to remember that in 2007 rajini was paid 23 crore for his role in Sivaji, the boss and it was the highest salary for an indian cine star at that time.
It is now rumoured that rajnikanth's salary will be a whoping 46 crores considering the time span he worked in that movie and if that happens he will be the highest paid actor in asia region.
